Please note that the first-floor designation refers to the building's layout and does not necessarily mean ground-level access. Beach Access: Crystal Shores West offers direct beach access, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. Resort-Style Amenities: Guests can enjoy the indoor/outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and game room. Amenities are shared with other guests and are subject to availability, maintenance, and HOA regulations. House Rules & Security Deposit Requirements Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 22 years old. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, and events are not permitted. No Pets: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Security Deposit Requirement All guests are required to complete our secure security deposit authorization form prior to check-in. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and must be completed before access instructions are provided. The security deposit is intended to cover incidental charges, including excessive cleaning, unauthorized late checkouts, property damage, and missing or broken items. Any applicable charges will be assessed in accordance with the rental terms. 🚫 STRICT NO-PET POLICY 🚫 Pets are not permitted on the property.
