Prime Beachfront Location: Emerald Key 401 is a beautiful 4th-floor east corner unit featuring a spacious wraparound balcony with stunning Gulf views. With only 18 units in the building, Emerald Key offers a quieter, low-density beachfront experience. Beach Access: Enjoy direct access to the beautiful white-sand beaches of Orange Beach via the property's private boardwalk. Pool: Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool, complete with a waterfall feature. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request, subject to availability and applicable fees. Parking: On-site parking is available. Please review your arrival instructions for parking details and any applicable requirements. Occupancy & House Rules: The primary renter must be at least 22 years old. This is a non-smoking, non-pet-friendly property. Parties and events are not permitted. Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter supply of essential toiletries and household items to help you settle in. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. Before You Leave: Please remove all trash to the designated dumpster in the front parking lot, load and start the dishwasher, and return the garage/gate opener. PROPERTY RULES & POLICIES Minimum Rental Age: The primary renter must be at least 22 years old and must be present throughout the reservation. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Parties & Events: Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Pet Policy: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises, except assistance animals as required by applicable law and booking platform policies. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges. A $300 unauthorized pet violation fee may apply where permitted by the booking platform and applicable law. Excessive Cleaning & Damages: Our standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonable condition. Cleaning beyond normal use, including excessive messes, stains, or other conditions requiring specialized attention, may result in additional charges based on actual costs incurred. Excessive cleaning is billed at $50 per hour where permitted. Guests may also be responsible for damaged or missing items and unauthorized late checkouts, subject to applicable policies. Security Deposits: For reservations where a security deposit is collected, deductions may be made for eligible damages, missing items, and excessive cleaning in accordance with the rental terms and booking platform policies.

Please return the gate opener upon check out. Any missing openers will result in a $50 fee.
